In limited cases, Lawyer Referral Service may be able to assist you with our Direct Services program. LRS has a panel of pro bono lawyers in some areas of the law.
If you are seeking guardianship of your grandchild in the Nevada County Courts, we may be able to provide a lawyer to represent you at your initial guardianship hearing through a special program offered with support from the County of Nevada Community Initiative Partners program.
Lawyers are also available who may represent you on a Limited Scope basis. Our staff can inform you about this legal representation.
