Getting started is as simple as picking up your phone and calling 530-272-5962. Or if you prefer, emailing LRS at nclawyeraccess@gmail.com.
You will be asked a few questions about your issue. This is to assure that the LRS staff finds an attorney with expertise in your area of concern. You will then be asked to complete a Disclaimer and pay the $40 non-refundable processing fee. The fee is not required for referrals in the area of personal injury, (medical malpractice, accidents (auto or other), “slip and fall” incidents, etc.). You can call and check with our office if you are not sure if your situation falls into this area.
You can handle this by phone, email, fax, regular mail or by coming into our Grass Valley office. We accept VISA or MasterCard credit cards. We will need your credit card number, expiration date, and your physical address, including your Zip Code.
The LRS Disclaimer and Client Intake Form is provided to help you get started now. As soon as we receive the disclaimer, we will contact the appropriate panel attorney. You will be informed of her or his name as soon as possible, usually within a few days. It is up to you to set up your appointment.
